If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item to us for a full refund if it is:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
Returning clubs and items that were purchased new and being returned used, it is no longer considered new and you will be subjected to a minimum
25% restocking fee, based on condition (limited to 30 days from purchase).
Returning clubs that were purchased used or shop worn need to be returned within 30 days.
Any product returned by a customer without authorization from Puetz Golf will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
To receive full product credit, all parts, accessories, literature, tools and head covers (if applicable) must be returned with the product.
Puetz Golf is not responsible for the return shipping and associated costs. Refunds
Returns will be refunded for the amount paid for the product, including any sales tax if applicable. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow 30 days after we receive your return for the refund to be issued. Damaged or Defective Items
